Data Quality: "If It Ain't Broke Don't Fix It" vs. "Fix Now, Save (A Lot) Later"

I am 35+ years experienced (USSR, Israel, USA) Databases Developer and Data Analyst and established this Consulting Company for purposes of assistance with Audits, Skip Tracing and Vetting in 2015.

I graduated Kazan Federal University (B.S. Applied Mathematics) in Kazan, Tatarstan (Volga Region), Russian Federation in 1977.

Between 2001 and 2014, I worked for Department of Economic Security of the State of Arizona as Senior Programmer / Analyst developing and enhancing various algorithms of matching demographic data against external databases.

In 2015, I've completed 150 hours of Microsoft Official SQL Server 2014 Training (Dynamic World Wide Training Consultants, Tempe, Arizona).

Recently, in October 2017, I got employed again with the State of Arizona.
