Nowadays, Business Leaders have a chance to detect that "something is going wrong" TIMELY and to fix it also TIMELY and without "shooting the messenger" or blacksmith. .
Fixing Broken Business Relationships is not easy but sill possible and without surgical methods of Comrade Stalin ("No Man - No Problem").
In Business Environments, relationships (both personal and business) can deteriorate very fast (within few days) and beyond of "tipping point" (point of repair).
After that point, fixing broken relationships is getting improbable.
Surgical methods of fixing business situation by removal "inconvenient person" are used very often.
My approach in nutshell is "getting together and having some fun" because a common ground can be rediscovered again in more relaxed and less formal but still business setting.
