Working with Big Data: there are Russian Geographic names in the USA, according to USA Government Databases.
I am attaching three polished SSRS Demo Reports which are self-explanatory. I've spent some time with the third report which generated extra blank pages when export to PDF.
I got some help from this interesting article of Stacia Misner "The Case of the Extra Page: Rendering Reporting Services as PDF" :
but not because of Report Property "Consume Container White Space" = True but just because of experimenting with reducing Report's Body Height.

Dear Mr. President,
Yesterday I was very impressed by this part of your Inaugural Address: "You will never be ignored again".
It sounded as a great music because after my 2.5 years job search (900 applications and 40 interviews) I had no job offer.
Earlier (2015 and 2016), I've contacted with President Obama on the same topic and received generic replies referring me to multiple job related websites which are rather "dead-end".
I've received US Government sponsored WIOA IT Training in June-August 2015 (total cost $4,000.00) which however did not land me on the Databases Developer job because of drastic experience (5+ years)
requirements set in motion by employers.
Let's set in motion this Motto: "You will never be ignored again" in Employment area.
1. Removed all attachments;
2. Never received a reply from President Trump
contrary to my experience with three previous Presidents Obama,
Bush and Clinton.
This presentation includes Demo "Reporting Job Search Status with SSRS deployed on a local Reporting Server". The presentation (converted to .PDF) is attached below. The full SSRS generated report is also attached. It includes all employers, I've submitted my job applications after April 20, 2016 more than once.
The Gordian Knot is a legend of Phrygian Gordium associated with Alexander the Great. It is often used as a metaphor for an intractable problem (disentangling an "impossible" knot) solved easily by loophole or "thinking outside the box" ("cutting the Gordian knot").
A lot of projects fail due to lack of straightforward and timely communications between management and team(s) regarding current status and performance issues.
Miscommunications happen when employees are getting disengaged while realizing that their careers stagnated with no goals (such as growth, promotions, recognition) achieved.
Another situation deals with misconception: "hard work = great performance" which is not always true: employees can work hard, overworking and burning out while still failing to meet objectives.
At this point, I am available to facilitate straightforward "7Cs" communications (Clear, Concise, Concrete, Correct, Coherent, Complete, Courteous) between management and employees to minimize organizational turmoil and to keep staff focused and fully engaged.
With passage of time employees can slowly become disengaged while they realized that their career stagnated and they did not achieve their goals (growth, promotions, recognition).
Another situation has a deal with misconception: "hard work = great performance" which is not always true.
Some employees are working hard, overworking and burning out while realizing that their hard work did not make their dreams to come true.
So, my business would be informal meetings face-to-face with such employees and their managers advising them about possible solutions including but not limited to graceful exit or "Three Days Dream Vacation".
My potential customers are big corporations.
